Ingredients


  • Chia Seeds

  • Good & Gather Frozen fruit (I get Mango and Dragon Fruit)

  • Planet Oat Milk (I get Unsweetened)

  • Orgain Organic Protein Powder (I get Vanilla)

  • Water and Ice cubes!






 

Instructions:

  • Put all ingredients in a blender!

  • 1/2 Cup ot Frozen Mango

  • 1/2 Cup of Frozen Dragon Fruit

  • 2 Tbsp. of Chia Seeds

  • 1 Cup of Oat Milk

  • 1-2 Scoops of Protein Powder

  • Eye ball your water and Ice amount (less water for more frozen)
